Zips Car Wash

I visited Zips for the first time in the morning around 8:30 AM. I was hoping to start my day by signing up for a monthly subscription and trying out the service. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. There was only one employee on site. When I tried to ask him how to sign up for the monthly plan, his response was a blunt "Look online." There was no greeting, no professionalism, and no attempt to actually help. Basic etiquette costs nothing. If you don't want to answer questions about your own subscription services, then don't work in customer service.

I chose Zips Car Wash because of the convenient location and signed up for their monthly unlimited wash membership. During one of my washes, a business magnet was pulled off my vehicle by the equipment. Unfortunately, no one notified me — even though my contact information is clearly printed on the magnet. I drove for several days unaware it was missing, which meant lost advertising for my business. When I retraced my steps, I found the magnet sitting folded on a cabinet inside the office. I was relieved it wasn’t damaged, but disappointed that no one had made an effort to contact me or set it aside properly. Attempts to reach customer service were also difficult, and in-person staff were unable to offer much assistance at the time. A supervisor did call later, but the response didn’t feel solution-oriented. Because of the overall lack of communication and customer care, I chose to cancel my membership. I hope they improve how they handle customer property and communication moving forward.

This place is total waste of money and time , I want a refund. No soap came out when my car went thru the car wash and there was absolutely no sucksion at all from the hose to clean my carpet I advised the workers and all she could say was there is a issue with the machines. This place needs to shut down its a SCAM.

$25 and it missed so much. A brand new micro cloth shouldn’t be black after wiping down car. The vehicle wasn’t very dirty when we took it in. After wiping it down we realized we couldn’t even vacuum because they were broke and there was a line to get to vacuums. If the wash can’t even get dust off it’s not doing much. Just left disappointed and won’t be back again.
